The idea

Three valleys, 5 rifugi, and a few nights at a hotel. Almost 80km walking with 4,100 m ascent.

This is a loop from Valtournenche from one side of the mountain and then to the next. The views will be absolutely fantastic. All food is prepared and you'll be able to store your bagage at the hotel while you carry just the essentials.

No glacier travel, no rope work, no 4,000 m altitude. The cols top out around 2,800–3,000 m on marked hiking paths throughout so no need to be an expert, though you do need some stamina.
