# Hotel Millefiori > A boutique ski hotel and alpine lodge in Valtournenche, Italian Alps — steps from the Cervinia–Zermatt ski area. Guided ski weeks, hiking packages, in-house ski shop, sauna and shared table dinners. Aosta Valley, Italy. ## What we are Hotel Millefiori (also known as Alpine Event Lodge) is a small, independently run boutique hotel in Valtournenche, at 1,524 m in the Aosta Valley, Italian Alps. The hotel is two minutes by private shuttle from the ski lift connecting to the Cervinia–Zermatt ski system — 360 km of linked pistes across Italy and Switzerland, reaching Plateau Rosa glacier and car-free Zermatt under the north face of the Matterhorn. ## Location - Village: Valtournenche, Frazione Montaz 35, 11028, Aosta Valley, Italy - Altitude: 1,524 m - Nearest ski resort: Breuil-Cervinia (2,050 m) — 10 min by road - Ski area: Cervinia–Zermatt — 360 km of linked pistes across Italy and Switzerland - Airports: Turin / Caselle TRN (1h30), Milan Malpensa MXP (2h), Milan Linate LIN (3h), Bergamo / Orio al Serio BGY (3h) ## Seasons - **Winter** (November–April): Skiing and snowboarding on the Cervinia–Zermatt pistes, ski touring, off-piste - **Summer** (June–September): Guided hiking, via ferrata, glacier skiing on Plateau Rosa from May - Closed: May and October ## Rooms - Single & Double rooms (with and without balcony) - Triple rooms (three single beds, ideal for friends) - Quadruple / family room (sleeps up to five) - All rooms include: private bathroom, free Wi-Fi, valley views (most rooms), breakfast included ## What's included in every stay - Breakfast buffet - Daily guided tours (in season) - Sauna and hot tub access - Bathrobes - Drinks and snacks in the fireplace lounge ## Facilities - In-house ski shop: skis, snowboards, boots, poles, snowshoes fitted on site - Fireplace lounge (open all day) - Shared dining table — half-board available (4-course dinner, family style) - Sauna and hot tub - Private shuttle to the ski lift each morning - Airport transfer service from Turin, Milan Malpensa, Bergamo and Geneva ## Guided packages - **Ski & Sun Week**: Flexible ski packages — weekend, long weekend or full week, with room, lift transfer and ski rental in one price - **Hut-to-Hut Hiking**: Guided multi-day trek through mountain refuges below the Matterhorn (3–7 days) - **Split Week**: Three days glacier skiing above Cervinia, then transfer to Cinque Terre, Zermatt or Lake Como ## Target guests Skiers and hikers from across Europe (especially Sweden, Norway, UK, Germany, Italy) looking for a full-service mountain lodge experience in the Italian Alps.
